Who wouldn’t want a successful Kickstarter video for their project and help tell the story?! Game Developer, Randy Ritnour hired 29 Pixel Studios to help their KickStarter project for the Takamo Universe.
29 Pixel Studios was responsible for recording the legendary Kevin J. Anderson and capturing b-roll at World Con. The team at Takamo Universe recorded and produced the rest of the video.

*During some down time, I asked Randy if I could interview him to share some business tips for creatives that might be in game development. He graciously shared some time (check out episode 10 here). Then we interviewed Kevin J. Anderson for Business Tips for Creatives! (Check out episode #3 Here)
We here at 29 Pixel Studios everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a SAFE and Happy New Year! 29 Pixel Studios had a successful year and we believe it’s important to take time and reflect about all the have so much to be grateful for.
Looking at the books, 29 Pixel Studios will be sending out a lot of 1099s, meaning we were able to bring work to many contractors.
Anyone that knows Nick, knows he is a goal focused machine! The company hit some goals and missed some, but 2017’s success is already underway. We are excited for new clients already lining up and the potential to add even more things to our gratitude list in 12 months.
Again, please be safe this holiday season. Reflect on what’s important in your personal life, your professional life and realize we all have so much to be grateful for.
29 Pixel Studios has a ton of marketing capabilities in our wheelhouse. Each one bringing more value to your brand and company message. Videography or video production might be our favorite though. So it’s about time we put together a videography demo reel!
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, then 24 pictures a second + sound must be worth a fortune.
We took a sample of some of our exciting recent work and cut together a demo reel for video.
Not represented here are the weddings, the conferences, photography, or dance studio work. This is geared more towards B2B (business-to-business) clients.
From Nick- Putting this together reminded me how lucky we are to be in an industry that revolves around storytelling. Our clients turn into our friends. Their story turns into our art. We genuinely care about the success of their projects. We are so grateful for all our clients and cannot wait for what 2017’s adventure!
Looking forward to creating the 2017 videography demo reel!
29 Pixel Studios was hired to help with video production for the Kansas City’s NFL Fuel Up to Play 60 event this summer.
With our two-camera video production crew, 29 Pixel Studios felt privileged to once again capture this kid-focused, health-focused NFL event! This was one of those gigs where the client had an in-house editor so our team handed the footage off on site.
Their team did a great job on the editing! BRAVO to Bailey following around Maria! Kept up with her while mending a broken foot! All-star.
Our office view for the day! Love anytime you get to do video production at a place like Arrowhead in Kansas City!
It is always a welcome bonus to have a fun and exciting client. They brought energy and professionalism to the site, always a welcomed bonus! So, as you can see, Nick brought his ‘true self’ to the day and embraced the kid-filled environment!
From Nick, “I wish everyone loved their job as much as I do! Having fun at your job makes you want improve everyday. More improvement = more opportunities = more fun!”
Here is what their team cut from our footage last year!
We did not work on the color grading/editing/audio-engineering. For this video production, 29 Pixel Studios was only in charge of actual filming. This was a bummer, mainly because of how awesome the kids were! Bet it was a blast to edit!
